You know YOU can have a big impact on a start-up and would prefer to work with a bunch of people who are doing some very cool stuff. We just get sh#t done!
You want to be part of something that you can put your name on, be proud of and build something that will make YOU successful.
You’ll be working collaboratively with one main member of our team. Sometimes from her home in the Beaches, located in the east end of Toronto, sometimes you may work from home, likely once a per week from our Guelph office (where the two of you can travel to either together or separately).
We want YOU to tell us what needs to be done. Not for us to tell you what to do. You have the ability to develop a strategy to hyper-grow engaged consumers who will interact, ‘follow’, ‘like’ and purchase all the cool travel experiences we’re selling!
This is all about TRAVEL! Amazing and inspirational trips, vacations, tours, adventures, etc. The stuff that people actually want to engage and share through social media…..so it will be easy to make yourself look like a rock-star in no time.
So what’s the gig?
The Gig: We are launching a network of travel sites worldwide, focused on inspirational destination experiences. We have a team of Xpertz behind us to fulfill the engagement YOU create through social media platforms.
Who You Are: You eat, breath and sleep social media, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and know how to develop and implement strategies quickly, against set objectives and fast emerging trends. You have the ability to spool up a 1000 followers in days ….not weeks or months. This is as much about strategies (platform-tools, promotions, contests, leveraging other partners’ social networks, etc) as it is about content. We provide the content and you write, engage, answer questions (with help from us). We are NOT looking for bloggers, writers, content specialists, etc. Maybe later. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn amazing social media tools into an acquisition machine. Being comfortable on camera would be a great skill to have in this age of IG/FB Live and Stories.
$45,000 CAD / annum
Knows the ins and outs of Facebook, IG, and YouTube.
Being comfortable on camera would be a great skill to have in this age of IG/FB Live and Stories.
Knowledge of podcasting would be an added skill.
